High UV Resistant Functional Fabric

1. Advanced UV-resistant production process with superior light fastness

Our high UV-resistant fabric adopts masterbatch coloring to add anti-UV ingredients into yarns fundamentally. After 800 to 1000 hours of sunlight exposure test, the fabric still retains great light fastness.

• In accordance with the American AATCC standard, with a maximum grade of 5, the light fastness hits Grade 3.5 to 4/5.
• In accordance with the European ISO standard, with a maximum grade of 8, the light fastness reaches Grade 4.5 to 5/8.

The fabric will hardly fade or change color under long-term sunlight exposure.

2. Bleach-cleanable with outstanding chlorine resistance

This fabric supports bleach cleaning. It will not fade when cleaned with 84 disinfectant or chlorine-containing water. It boasts excellent resistance to both sunlight fading and chlorine bleaching, making daily deep cleaning much easier.

3. Low washing shrinkage, stable shape after machine washing

Its washing shrinkage rate is below 3%. It can be repeatedly cleaned by washing machine without severe shrinkage or deformation. After washing and air-drying, the fabric cover can be reinstalled on sofas perfectly, ensuring great practicability for mass products.

4. Wide range of application scenarios

It is suitable for outdoor throw pillows, sunroom decorations, as well as upholstery beside floor-to-ceiling windows and enclosed balconies which receive strong sunlight all year round. It can keep stable color for a long time under strong light irradiation.
